The Estate Collection provides the rare opportunity to reserve your own coffee tree from the hills of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, and follow its journey throughout the harvest season. Each subscription allocates a specific tree from the farm, marked with a personalized sign and connected directly to your membership for the year.

Throughout the growing season, members receive monthly updates from the farm, including photos of their tree, the ripening coffee cherries being harvested, and visual progress showing how your personal reserve of coffee is gradually filling from that tree’s production.

Rather than receiving blended inventory from multiple lots, your subscription is tied specifically to the harvest from your reserved tree—creating a more personal connection to the land, the process, and the tradition behind every cup.

Once your annual harvest reserve is complete, your coffee is roasted in the traditional on an open fire, prepared, and delivered in a collectible custom coffee tin featuring your personalized label. Each release reflects a full season of cultivation from your dedicated tree at Finca de Don Jesus.

Considerations-

• All trees produce at different quantities and varied times in the year, part of Mother Nature’s process.
• Each tree can realistically produce 1 to 2 bags of 12oz whole bean coffee per (12) months.
• In the unlikely event that your tree becomes unhealthy and unable to bear coffee a replacement tree will be allocated to you.
• The subscription does not provide or represent any ownership of the tree or property involved, only a claim to the coffee produced from the tree during the subscription period.
